The VACUU·SELECT controller simpifies your work and allows VARIO select chemistry diaphragm pumps to deliver unparalleled precision. Select from a set of predefined applications, modify an existing process or create your own using the drag-and-drop editor. With automatic evaporation, the pump's motor speed continuously adapts to system demands optimizing process times. The PC 3004 VARIO select delivers exceptional performance in a compact, durable and low-maintenance design. Chemically-resistant wetted materials allow the pump to be used with aggressive gases and vapors. The oil-free design contributes to clean processes and products as well as eliminating the time and expense related to oil-changes. The inlet separator prevents particles and liquid droplets from entering the pump, extending pump life. The exhaust vapor condenser allows for nearly 100% solvent recovery. With high pumping speeds and an ultimate vacuum of 1.5 mbar, the PC 3004 VARIO select supports a variety of larger scale lab applications.
